Clubhouse Access

The Clubhouse is usually locked unless an Olde Ivy Board or committee meeting or a private event is scheduled. The Board presidents and committee chairs have keys to the clubhouse doors.

Residents may reserve the clubhouse for private events, subject to availability and policy. To use the clubhouse for a private event, follow the requirements outlined in the Clubhouse Rules and Agreement. To reserve the clubhouse for your event, or if you have questions, email contactus@oldeivy.org.

Fitness Center Access

Access to the Fitness Center building and the fitness center itself is restricted to Olde Ivy residents.

To enter the Fitness Center building, use the door at the north side of the building nearest the pool and fitness center parking spaces. You’ll need to enter a special access code using the button pad on the door in order to gain entry. To obtain this code, email contactus@oldeivy.org.

To open the interior Fitness Center door, wave your grey fob in front of the sensor next to the door handle.

Pool Access

To enter the pool area, use the grey fob. Gates are located on both sides of the pool and must be activated with your fob.

When leaving the pool area, use one of the plastic-encased Push to Exit buttons on a pillar conveniently located as you approach each gate to exit.

Clubhouse Area WiFi Access

The Neighborhood Clubhouse has a high-speed internet connection primarily for use with the video camera monitoring system.

But that network connection also includes a wired extension to enable networked streaming services for the clubhouse “smart” TV and to offer WiFi wireless connectivity throughout the clubhouse and around the pool area.

*Users of network streaming services must provide their own accounts, and are responsible for any charges they may incur, and also for complying with the terms of use of their service.

Clubhouse, Fitness, and Pool users can access WiFi by logging in with the login information posted on the Fitness Center Bulletin Board and inside the Clubhouse TV Cabinet.  (Please refer neighbors to those posted locations, don’t distribute or convey login information.)

Our WiFi capacity is limited and is authorized only while at the Clubhouse, Fitness Center, and Pool – not from residences.

To report network issues, email: network@oldeivy.org

*Clubhouse network connections are over open-air – subject to hacking, spoofing, spying, malware, and all the various perils of the open internet.  Use at your own risk!
