The Condo Association has 28 member units, and itself is one of three members of the Neighborhood Association. The Condos Association manages membership matters including conformance to covenants, membership dues and assessments, operating budgets, and reserve planning for its units.
The Condos Association employs a professional management company to handle work orders and payment for authorized expenditures related to the Condos.
